Our Employee Referral Tool (ERT) is what makes us different from other job portals out there. It is hassle-free and bridges the gap between a job seeker and the hidden job market, free of cost. Our ERT allows an existing employee of a company to put up a job post on behalf of their company and then filter out the right candidate using the tools on the website. Our ERT has also an added advantage of keeping the identity of the Job poster anonymous, so they will not be approached personally.

The startup was founded by CA Rachit Gupta in Dec 20 seeing the difficulty for Job seekers to land the dream Job and for entrepreneurs to balance between keeping a business running and hiring the right people at the right time.
